Sign 4 Learning in Bangkok!


Early Years consultant Sue Thomas and signing trainer Katja O’Neill have just returned from a trip to Bangkok funded by the Knowledge Source Institute, who provide training for teachers from the International schools. Delegates attended from the International schools in Bangkok, with two even flying in from the International school of Beijing to attend the training.  Sue and Katja delivered Sign 4 Stories, Sign 4 Maths, Sign 4 Feelings & Behaviour and Sign 4 Communication workshops and received overwhelmingly positive feedback. So what is the latest from our Sign 4 Learning team?   Sue Thomas and Katja O’Neill are really excited to have been asked to run a Pilot project as part of Luton’s bid for the BIG Lottery fund.  Their programme, – Fulfilling Lives: A better start – will provide funding to run initiatives in three key areas: Communication and language development Social and emotional development and Nutrition.   For this Pilot project, Sue and Katja are currently rolling out  ‘Sign 4 Little Talkers’ in 2 Luton Nurseries.  Vocabulary was chosen from the areas of emotions, behaviour management and communication Read More
